If you see any items in the 'Awaiting Review' column, that is the
office that the requisition is requiring action from. There will
be nothing
in the 'HC Action Pending for HR office' column.
Once HR
has given their approval on the HC form, you will see either "Waiting
for HR
final action" or "Waiting for upload" in the 'HC
Action Pending for HR office' column. |
